With 4 offices and our company growing, employees need to roam from office to office. It was difficult to reach staff members at times or to get calls to them when critical issues came up. Office Telesystems designed a multi office VoIP system that not only eliminated concerns about a persons location, but allowed direct connectivity from each person's desk phone to their cell. This created an immediate increase in business!
She took time to call me from the grocery store check out line to let me know that she would have a tech call in about 10 minutes and we'd have this fixed in no time. I had a skilled technician on the phone in short order, he was on his way home, but pulled over out of traffic so he could give me his full attention.
