Office Telesystems provides Nortel sales, service and support for Nortel phone systems, such as the Norstar, Meridian, BCM 50 and 450 models and the Nortel ICS. These systems are only available as used and refurbished telephone systems. Office Telesystems can also service your Nortel Meridian Option Series PBX, such as the Option 11, 51, 61, 81 and newer CS1000 models. Nortel was purchased by Avaya in 2009 and Nortel products are no longer manufactured or supported. Limited parts and support are available until you are ready to upgrade to new technology.
